Payment of fees

The payment of fees to CWH shall be as follows: - Installments every 3 months for baby-care (fixed), - Child NGO Federation Fee (fixed, direct to the organization) - Administration costs (apt to change) as they emerge, - monitoring fee is to be paid only upon approval of the adoption file by the Woman and Child Ministry of Nepal, the monitoring fee is payable to the Bal Mandir (Children's Organization, Nepal, direct to the organization).
For the exact cost of adoption from the Children Welfare Home, please contact us. The CWH management evaluates every application for adoption on a case-by-case basis. Our agreement with the prospective parents contains the exact, finalised cost of the adoption process.

List of essential documents for adoption

1. Covering letter of the organization/agency
2. Letter explain the reason of the adoption
3. Consent from concern authority to adopt child from aboard
4. Recommendation letter from reputable people and institutions (At least 5)
5. Curriculum Vitae
6. Marriage certificate
7. Infertility certificate
8. Medical Certificate, including mental
9. Birth Certificate
10. Social reports/home study
11. Character certificate (Anti criminal certificate)
12. Annual income certificate
